California typically loves to warm up sooner, so it’s time to start preparing for that heat. If you don’t stay out of the heat, you can end up suffering from heat stroke or passing out. Wearing lighter clothes can help reduce the heat you take in. Darker clothes absorb sunlight as heat and can make you feel hotter. Lighter clothes reflect the sunshine. Wearing clothes that are breathable and made of lighter material will allow for more air movement which will make you cooler.
